Shipping
Shipping is free on all physical book orders within the United States. There are no shipping charges for ebooks (digital downloads).

- Estimated delivery information (for physical books)
Please keep this email for your records. You can also view your order history by logging into your Zilread account.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined or fails:
- You will be notified immediately at checkout.
- Your order will not be processed until a successful payment is made.
- Please check your card details, billing address, or try another payment method.
- We are not responsible for orders that are not completed due to payment failure.
Billing Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe there has been an error with your billing:

- We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Unnecessary chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases.
