At Zilread we believe great books should reach readers quickly and easily. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle physical books and ebooks.
Physical Books
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation once it leaves our facility.
Shipping (United States Only)
We currently offer Standard Shipping to addresses within the United States only.
- Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days after your order has shipped.
- Shipping is free on all orders.
We do not currently offer international shipping or expedited/express options.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also view tracking in your Zilread account.
Split Shipments
If items in your order have different availability, we may ship them separately so you receive your books faster. You will be notified by email.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Zilread is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order books ship on or after the official release date. We will notify you of any changes to the expected shipping date.
Ebooks (Digital Products)
Ebooks are delivered instantly upon successful payment.
- You will receive an email immediately with download links and instructions.
- You can also access your ebooks anytime through your Zilread account.
- No shipping charges apply to ebooks.
- Available in EPUB or PDF format (compatible with most e-readers, Kindle, tablets, and phones).
